MediBasket.co.uk is a demonstration application built to showcase an online healthcare retail experience. It is not operated by a registered pharmacy or retailer, does not trade, and does not supply goods of any kind.

2. No sale of goods

No order placed through this website constitutes a contract of sale. Orders created here exist only in a demonstration database and will never be fulfilled, dispatched or delivered.

3. Payments

All payments are simulated by a demo payment service. No payment card data is transmitted, processed or stored beyond the last four digits of the demo value, and no money changes hands. Card verification values (CVV) are never requested.

4. Product information

All product names, brands, prices, ingredients, directions and warnings shown on this website are fictional content created for demonstration purposes. They must not be relied upon for any purpose and must be reviewed by a suitably qualified person before any production use.

5. Medicines

This website is not authorised to sell or supply any medicine. Products classified as Pharmacy Medicine or Prescription Only are displayed solely to demonstrate how restricted classifications would be handled in a production system, and cannot be purchased through this demonstration checkout. No prescription verification, pharmacist approval, medical diagnosis or medical advice is provided or implied.

Demo accounts are provided for evaluation. Do not enter real personal data, real passwords or real payment details into this application.

7. Availability

The demonstration is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. It may be reset, changed or withdrawn at any time and its data may be deleted without notice.

Any production deployment of this software would need terms drafted and reviewed for the relevant jurisdiction. These placeholder terms create no legal relationship.
